Our food truck arrives about 45 minutes before serving to set up and prepare. We cook fresh on-site for your guests. Additional serving time is available for a fee and must be requested in advance.

Yes, our entire catering menu is gluten-free! If you need the truck cleaned for gluten allergens, please request this service when booking. A small fee applies.
